I spent summer of 2023 as an intern at the Erie County Fair. Working alongside the marketing team, I created billboard layouts, digital ads that appeared on the homepage of The Buffalo News, newspaper print ads, posts for social media, as well as banners and informational posters that appeared around the fairgrounds.

These digital and print billboards were placed around the Hamburg and Buffalo area.
Banner Ads for The Buffalo News
The banner ads were at the top of BuffaloNews.com. They were switched out to promote different fair events.
Instagram Carousel Post
An example of an Instagram post providing information to fairgoers. This was posted prior to opening day.
Scholarship Banners
The scholarship banners were hung on flagpoles in a high traffic area of the fair. They showcased the year's recipients along with facts about the scholarship program. The banners were awarded 1st place in Micellaneous Marketing by the International Association of Fairs and Expos. The design template was reused in the 2024 fair.
